The working principle of the hot melt spraying and marking machine is to apply a certain pressure to the thermoplastic material, and spray the coating in a shape on the road surface through pipelines and nozzles. The solid line of the coating is quickly released, and the adhesion to the road surface is improved, resulting in a multiple increase in the efficiency of marking.
Screw pump with continuous circulation system
The material is transported from the storage tank to the head of the sprayer, which is completed by a hydraulic driven screw pump that is electronically controlled. The screw pump is equipped with a permanent thermoplastic circulation system to ensure continuous flow of material through non active spray baffles, keeping these baffles clean and ready to open at any time. This can prevent solid components from settling and getting stuck, while avoiding unnecessary wear and tear on mechanical components.
The built-in pressure regulation system ensures that regardless of the type of line involved in the current marking assignment, the line width and thickness will not change.
